Although all clients receive some level of personalized introductory assessments including postural and movement evaluations, our complete evaluations are designed for private clients and/or professionals.
Evaluations include the complete multi-point inspection detailed below.
If you opt to train with us or do a remote program following an evaluation, you’re able to put the cost of the evaluation towards a private training package.
INCLUDES:
POSTURAL ASSESSMENT: Structural/Orthopedic examination, including starting point pictures to assess progress over time. This helps is identify any structural presentations that could be contributing to dysfunction.
BIOMECHANICAL: 3D movement screening. This includes an assessment of foundational movements via motion capture technology, which allows us to identify any mechanical pathologies present. Identifying these issues with surgical precision can help us forecast potential injuries or identify any energy leaks that could be impeding performance. This also includes a breakdown of potential in-game film you have.
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE INTAKE: Complete nutrition intake including diet recall and health history. Also includes a multi-point lifestyle inspection of sleep hygiene, potential disharmony from nature’s rhythms, and more.
METABOLIC ASSESSMENT: We identify any overarching metabolic dysfunction by looking at proxies of general metabolic health and rate.
FORCE PLATE TESTING: When using force plate technology, we specifically are looking at left/right differentials as well as an athletes tendencies towards frictional vs. elastic movement signatures. If significant, these asymmetries may be impeding our performance and open us up to injury susceptibility.
NEUROMUSCULAR TESTING: Includes manual muscle testing to identify potential perpetual and/or stress-related communication issues between the nervous and muscular systems. This can also include diagnostic scans with the Neubie neurobioelectric stimulation device to help identify any potential hot spots.
OPTIONAL: We also have the ability to order or layer in preexisting tests you may have that are relevant and/or order other types of diagnostics, including labs and other types of functional testing (if relevant).
